PHPS have a long history of supporting scientific, medical, association and education sector conferences, with research presentations forming a key focus of the conference programme. The abstract submission process can be complex and time-consuming, but effective abstract management positively impacts speaker success, academic conference content and delegate engagement.
Abstract submissions.
If you need speakers to submit abstracts for talks, sessions or posters, the PH team can take care of the whole process through our online system. We’ll manage everything from the initial call for submissions—setting out clear guidance on eligibility, formats, word counts and key dates—through to submission, collation and a robust peer review process, ensuring quality and consistency across the programme.
From there, we handle selection, notifications and scheduling, as well as upload of final presentations and digital posters helping presenters share their work effectively both in advance and during the event.
Onsite, we provide an experienced speaker preview service, working directly with presenters to check content, load presentations and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. Alongside the system, you’ll have the support of a knowledgeable and approachable conference team, making the whole process straightforward for both organisers and speakers.

Presentation preferences.
Submitters are able to give their preference of presentation type: platform presentation, poster or e-poster. FAQs are managed in line with your policies, and lead-up expectations are clearly communicated. Platform presenters are notified of their successful abstract and provided with details of their session, including what to expect on the day. Poster presenters are given all relevant information to ensure a smooth build-up to the event, along with tips to promote successful engagement with attendees during their session.
