Speaker and abstract management.
Proven process.
PHPS have a long history of supporting scientific, medical, association and education sector conferences, with research presentations forming a key focus of the conference programme. The abstract submission process can be complex and time-consuming, but effective abstract management positively impacts speaker success, academic conference content and delegate engagement.
Abstract submissions.
Whether speakers are required produce abstracts for talks, sessions or poster presentations, PHPS can handle the process via an online submission system. From call out for abstracts and papers, including full guidelines around eligibility (which can be contingent on a delegate pass being booked) word counts, format and key dates, through the collation, review and selection process, notification and scheduling right through to presentation and feedback collation. You can depend on the proven capabilities of the system, alongside the knowledge, experience and personability of our conference team.

Presentation preferences.
Submitters are able to give their preference of presentation type: platform presentation, poster or e-poster. FAQs are managed in line with your policies, and lead-up expectations are clearly communicated. Platform presenters are notified of their successful abstract and provided with details of their session, including what to expect on the day. Poster presenters are given all relevant information to ensure a smooth build-up to the event, along with tips to promote successful engagement with attendees during their session.
