PH Production Services connect with Affinity Events

PH Production Services has a great affinity with… well Affinity Events Limited! Over the last ten years our two businesses have collaborated and worked together to stage hundreds of events and conferences. Now, we’re taking that collaboration to the next level by merging to become one unified and comprehensive event management business.

From June 2025 Affinity Events Ltd has merged with PH Production Services Ltd. This exciting new chapter brings together our combined wealth of experience and specialist personnel, effectively doubling our size, turnover, and capacity. The merger enables us to take on even more complex events, both in the UK and abroad, and offer a more tactical, streamlined approach to managing client events.

PH Production Services promise remains the same: to captivate audiences with large scale site-specific production for the live events industry, complex audiovisual technological services and full event management solutions. Embracing video production and the incredible potential of live streaming, incorporating it into live events, virtual and hybrid conferences, stage shows, faith, community and arts-based productions.

Affinity is the ultimate event partner with a vast inventory of audiovisual equipment and in-house technicians, paired with design expertise in web, app, and print materials. From venue selection and budgeting to expertly managing delegates, sponsors, and speakers, they handle the logistics so that event organisers can focus on what they do best. From start to finish, Affinity keeps clients conferences and events on track and stress-free.

As demonstrated over two decades, PHPS and Affinity share many similarities in event support and staging, but there are also distinct aspects to Affinity’s offering. They have vast experience and expertise in organising medical and corporate conferences here in the UK and overseas, their complete conference support services include delegate registration and the compilation and publishing of speakers abstracts.

By pooling our resources, we can take a more tactical, streamlined approach to existing and future clients’ events. Additionally, two new Technicians and a Project Development & Marketing Manager have been appointed in anticipation of a busy 2025 events calendar.

While we are becoming one team, there will be complete continuity in the way our clients work with us, and who they work with, as directors Jenni, Keith, Pete and Russell will all stay respectively involved at the helm. Vicki and Jenni will continue to work from their original locations whilst all technical supplies will move to PHPS’s central base in North Staffordshire. The business will continue to benefit from their vastly experienced pool of freelancers. Service levels will remain high, and it is recognised that there’s a massive opportunity to offer further support to each other and to our respective and prospective clients… so watch this space!
