Full event production management for impressive 3Generate Assembly

Each year, the Methodist Church creates an inclusive and diverse space for children and young people to emerge and be heard. Impacting advocacy, change and growth in their local Methodist communities.
3 Generate is an impressive scale event, with 2000 people filling four giant halls, at the NEC National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham. In less than 24 hours the empty halls are transformed into 16 distinct assembly venues, with open air spaces, theatres, a town hall, performance stages, inflatable and marquee structures, 900 tents and a wide choice of themed break out areas, accommodating the activities, performances and worship for the young people and their leaders.

PH design and build the stages, sets including scenery and prop design and construction. Provide audio visual technology and 20 audio visual technicians to ensure all sound, light and video throughout the venues, including event power and distribution, is totally dependable. Design and install networking functionality and marketing capability via notice screens. Transport and logistics support. LED video walls, both flown and at ground level and all the screen content graphic design and production. Artist liaison and production support – even immersive art production design and delivery on site.
All this culminates in a stimulating, impressive and immersive environment for the children’s and youth assembly.
